2. No Refunds After 7 Days
After the 7-day guarantee period, all subscriptions are non-refundable. Once your subscription is active beyond this period, payments cannot be returned.
3. Service Guarantee
We aim to provide uninterrupted service. If your service is disrupted due to server downtime or technical failures on our side, we will provide account credit or subscription extension for the affected period. Refunds will not be issued for problems caused by:
- Internet connection issues on your side
- Device or app compatibility problems
- Misuse of the service or violation of our terms
4. Subscription Cancellation
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time to prevent automatic renewal.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription periods beyond the 7-day guarantee.
